Pours with a Huge head that slowly settles, hazy yellow. Has a peppery smell. Tastes peppery with a very tiny hint of clove spice. Mouthfeel is creamy with some fizz. Overall, a good saison but not hard to find better ones.

Look: Rich golden color; hazy (translucent). Lots of medium bubbles present. Pours with a 2+ finger thick off-white that dies down gradually leaving no trace of existence.
Smell: Spices and citrus (lemon) aroma with a faint hoppy scent.
Taste: Mild start start, with a sweet-spicy finish. Refreshing.
Feel: Lighter-side of medium; noticeable fizzy sensation from the carbonation; mildly dry finish.
Overall: Overall a refreshing beer. Would be good on a hot day. I enjoyed this beer, but don't see myself running out to repurchase as there are many other beers that I prefer.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: Slightly hazy amber color with a very thick off white head.
Smell: Light hops, cloves and floral notes.
Mouthfeel/Taste: Very smooth medium bodied. Taste of cloves, mild hops and some grassy notes.
Overall: Very good beer!! One of the best I have ever had.
