Light, crisp and meant for sunny weather! Slight golden pale color with hints of Maize in the background. We also tossed in one lime during fermentation to liven ot up. Party on Amigos!

Had on tap. Clear yellow body, white head. Corn, lime, malt, and lemon zest in smell and taste. Pretty one dimensional, would say corn leads but that might be too much credit. Kind of watery but crisp and crushable as promised. Carbonation is lower for the style which is a bit surprising.

Rooftop says this is a "Mexican Lager". I'm not sure what that is. It's not a dark, amber lager, like Dos Equis. This beer is a typical blond lager. It's perfectly OK as typical blond lagers go, but I couldn't pick up anything particularly distinctive about it.
