Amarillo Fresh Hop is as fresh as dawn. We drive to Yakima and back to Seattle by 10am to throw these truly fresh hops straight into a brew. The crisp hops ass [sic] a distinct floral aroma to the famous orangey Amarillo hops.

16oz can served in a pint glass. Don't see a date on the can.
Pours clear amber-brass with a medium sized creamy head and a pretty significant wave of carbonation wafting up from the nucleation points on my glass's base. Smell is orange rind and citrus leaves, some earthiness.
Taste is bitter AF. Man, this is what I'm talking about when I want a kick-in-the-teeth WC IPA. Plus it's got some lovely citrus vibes in the background, some honey and biscuit sweetness. Pine resin and earthy/woody bitter just pounds the palate, though.
Mouthfeel is medium and dry and clean. Overall, excellent IPA.
