Drinking this at The Ponysaurus Brewery in Downtown Durham NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks Nice white foamy head that lasted.
Smells yeasty, banana, cloves.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very good Farmhouse Saison that I would definitely order again!

16 oz. can Best By 5/2020
Orange-golden light haze with one finger white head settling down to a surface ring and islands. Substantial lacing and residual carbonation.
Sharp spicy yeast scent, plus sour peach, floral notes.
Vivid Peach, pear, pale malt, white pepper, white wine flavors
Medium bodied, light sweetness up front with a light acidic kick on the way down. Good carbonation, fruity aftertaste.
Very enjoyable back yard warm weather beer.

I really enjoyed this Saison. Pours a little lighter in color than other saisons. Nice head and decent mouthfeel, good lacing. It was the taste that did it for me. It reminded me why I liked saisons. One of the better offers from Ponysaurus and really delivers at only 6% ABV.

Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice clear daryl honey gold with a thin head that fades to leave thin wisps.
S - Aromas of big Belgian yeast and esters, nice light funk, almost banana like.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice light malts, really good Belgian yeasts and esters, nice banana notes. Really tastes like a cross between a raisin and a hefe.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, lighter bodied. Could use more carb.
O - Overall this was a rather interesting saison, very hefeweizen like which while tasty isn't quite true to style.

Thanks to rudzud
Light fizzy head, no retention, get light lacing, semi hazy golden tan color
Nose nice farmhouse saison, plenty of esters, fruity tree fruit, little banana, creamy wheat, touch peppery and touch vegetal, phenol notes
Taste mild gristy grainy malt, creamy toasty wheat, little honey malt, then more fruity esters, apple pear banana, hefe like spices, mild peppery phenols little bitterness, touch herbal again, little spicy hop bitterness late, more banana and fruit
Mouth is med bod little softer creamy, decent carb but needs more
Overall not bad, pretty tasty but more like cross between hefe and mild saison
