Clear lite orange blossom honey in hue. Slight fluffy white head quickly dissipates.
Smell is sweet and tart apple juice with some subtle spice.
Flavor follows the nose, but there's a fresh baked apple tart quality to this one that has hints of cinnamon, and bright sweet/tart/sour apple vibe. Really alive in the mouth.
Mouthfeel is lite, refreshing, active carbonation plays along.
Overall this is a tasty beer. I was told the style is called Fassbrause.
