Love this concept... Don't think of a standard grapefruit/citrus radler.. No harsh citrus/pithy notes, just refreshing melon.
Pours a hazy straw golden.. white head rises up and dies back just as quickly leaving a decent cap and spotty lacing.
Nose shows plenty of melon, but also something that distinctly reminds me of cucumber.
Flavor mirrors the aromas with a slight but perceived saltiness (could be my imagination) ... melon is everpresent, but I sweat I get some cucumber too... Refreshing and immensely drinkable.
Light body and goes down fast.
Very unique.
