Nice buttery smooth saison, hazy rich golden color, small creamy head. Mildly grainy, lots of herbal, savory notes, some spiciness on the finish. Right on the money for the style.

Draft at the taproom tonight... Pours a hazy golden.. Fantastic white head with good retention. Nose is grainy with light clove and lesser apricot.. a little pepper with warmth. Flavor shows very classic mix between fruity orange esters and bits of clovey phenols.. hops are present but just enough to balance... fairly dry finish despite a bit heavier perceived grainy sweetness... Good carbonation and body seem spot-on. Very drinkable, I will buy this again and again.. Probably my new go-to beer when at Woodland.
