Bottle from brewery. Wine barrel is very evident in aroma, lots of fruit too. Overall feel is very dry, taste is wine barrel, berries, kind of tart. A bit different from when it was first tapped, which had the berries up front. I’ve had this bottle for a month, and the aging is more prevalent in both aroma and taste.

Bottle picked up at the brewery a week or so ago... Finally getting around to giving it my full attention... Poured into my CBC Teku... Short lived off white head, the brew is slightly hazed orange with a pinkish hue to it.. Strawberry is light with decent barrel... Good base beer... The barrel treatment, fruit and saison qualities really mesh well... light bodied... Extremely drinkable.

Had the same issue as the bottle of Heroes and Villians in that it lacked the right amount of carbonation. Would like to try this on draft. Feel like it's close just a little off.
