On tap at Woodland Empire. Straight up saison, hazy cloudy, floral, no extra spices or flavorings, just the way the style was intended. Silky smooth, medium weight body. True farmhouse ale.

Slightly hazy golden brew with a good enough white head and retention.. bubblegummy yeasty notes with some apricot and pear.... the hops are really cool citrus/lime and tropical fruit notes... maybe even some peachiness.. Peppery yeastiness with warmth... Pretty damn proper saison.. I love the hop additions... Very good.
