7/27/20...clear bright gold, fast settling white foam, clean grainy pils-light nose. Grains and straw. Taste opens light before a pushy pils bitter sweeps over. Peppery bitter. Real nice bite for a lager. Strong.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of sweet grain. Tastes of plain grain with just a hint of banana. Beer is light bodied and very easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, an above average beer.

12 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a clear golden yellow with a small fizzy head. Aroma and flavor feature cereal grains, grassy hops, and a light corn sweetness. Solid.

Smelled like old popcorn and lowtide. Hopefully, I just had a bad six pack and they're not trying to recreate the aromas of the Jersey Shore.

(12 oz can, best by 02/18/20; purchased single off shelf... poured into 14 oz mug)
L: crystal-clear, yellow-gold liquid; crackly white foam dissipates immediately after forming; thin collar for a moment, soon all but disappearing
S: yellow grapefruit skin, lightly-sweetish cereal malt... bit of a bath-cleaner perfume note pokes out... overall intensity (aside from the citrus) relatively sedate
T: definite grapefruit pop up front, spicy, lingering through aftertaste, pithy bitterness emerges after a moment; light caramel malt dominant as the grain, marginally sweet initially, but dropping out for a moderately-dry finish, spicy hop bitterness doing its job balancing that, keeps buzzing, gets a lil lemony too... seems like the bready, deeper-toasted base malts creep up after a few sips
F: mellow malty roll likely made more slick with residual hop resins, fairly light, glassy-clean finish though; delicate carbonation, delicate mock alcohol warmth from hop spice etc; a touch dry
O: decent balance, overall relatively flavorful, if nondescript; the grapefruit-lemon hop character is its best asset; luckily, the malts never get too rich... I could see getting this on draft, in part to see if it keeps head retention (1492)

10th Review of this fresh, stand out pilsner lager.
a) Sturdy bright white head over clear, micro bubbly body in a Pilsner glass. Right beer, right look.
s) Fresh is the way to go with Pilsner lagers, bought at brewer this hits lemony, honey mark.
t) Follows smell with more
f) Just right, refreshing, no adjuncts. Dry finish, medium bodied and crisp.
o) As good a Pils Lager as can be found. True, as good to challenge blind with others.

Serving: Can Dated best by 12/25/19 into chilled Pilsner
Appearance: Light golden color, clear, 3 finger head
Smell: floral & citrus hop aroma
Taste: Mild bitterness, some sweetness and spice, floral and citrus with nice malt flavor. Very tasty lager.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light
Overall: Very good and almost too crushable it tastes that good. If this wasn't $10 a Sixpack I would buy this all the time. Come on guys brew this year round.

No date on the can. The beer pours a medium yellow with a fair amount of carbonation. The aroma is sweet & grainy. The taste is cereal grain, bready malts, slight citrus, slight cracker, slight herbal. This is a tasty spring/summer lager but I'm just not digging this beer that much for some reason. Cheers! C
