A: The beer is ver hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation from the bubbles rising near the edge of the glass. It poured with a finger high head that quickly died down, leaving a head covering the surface, a collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides.
S: Light to moderate aromas of earthy yeast and bananas are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of earthy yeast along with notes of wheat and grain followed by hints of spices. Compared to the smell, the banana flavors are more subdued.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount if carbonation.
O: This beer starts off smelling like a hefeweizen from the yeast but the taste is a little more semblanct to that of a saison.
