Hazy, yellow color. Big, white head. Funky, yeasty aroma. Dry, crisp, refreshing. The label clearly says - Grisette, so not sure why it was categorized as saison.

Spelt Grisette with 2 strains of Brettanomyces in the secondary fermentation.
Brett is not strong in it, kind of bland and weaker overall, though easy to drink.
