Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.
Unit No. 73-14-40.
Pours a murky dark honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, fruit, Brett, funk, and fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with earth, fruit, Brett, and funk flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of funk bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with solid fruit and funk qualities all around.
Serving type: bottle.
