The delicate flavors imparted by the sweet richness of the mango are punctuated perfectly by the subtle dry-hopping makes this the ideal beer for summer. Tropical refreshingly crisp goodness.

It's ok. I bought this refrigerated at Whole Foods not too long before consuming so it's pretty fresh. Yellow opaque cloudy straw color with a tinge of orange or mango color and a brief flash of a head. Hay is prominent on the aroma. Upon sipping, it's tart, lactic, plentiful straw, a tinge of brett. The mango only sorta comes out but tastes relatively watered down. Decently well carbonated. It's pretty weak in the fruited kettle aspect, but is somewhat of a hybrid half fruited kettle half wild ale type thing. It's not really sweet or fruity, more on the dry side with a focus on the more complex side of sours, but almost like a lite version.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that completely faded away.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of mangos.
T: Like the smell, the taste is rather sour and has notes of mango flavors.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and rather tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite sour but only has light aromas and flavors of mangos.
Serving type: can
