Notes: Biere de Miel made with wildflower honey is fermented dry and kissed with dry hops to give it a light floral touch. Bitter and refreshing.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy bright white head that slowly died down, leaving some patches of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of floral and spicy hops are present in the nose along with notes of wildflower honey.
T: The taste has flavors of wildflower honey along with notes of noble hops and hints of grainy malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation with a bit of dryness in the finish.
O: This saison seems to feel a little more delicate in body compared to other beers in the style but has nice aromas and flavors from the wildflower honey.

delicious brew here, another cool can from these guys, a saison type done with honey, very pale in color to me, lighter looking than a lot of these are, a really simple and even delicate malt base that really lets the honey show through, not as rich or sturdy as i am used to in the style either, this is sessionable as they come, fast finishing, and very clean as they go. pale golden brew with a light haze to it, fluffy white head and lots of lace clinging to the edges of the glass. aroma of fresh floral waxy honey, not sweet to me really, but distinct honey, cut flowers and springy blooming life, natural and attractive to me, with just a pils type and some wheat underneath, basic but right for what this is. the flavor is awesome too, less is more here, the honey is delicate but still the main flavor element of it, matching up really well with the yeast, which has a very light white wine character to it and a soft peach note, some french saison yeast type esters, and an organic vibe. real light in feel, clean for the style, light pepper with the honey sweet in the finish, great carbonation, a bottle conditioned character from the can here, really well refined, cool honey, great beer. i could drink this all day long, i wish these cans made it out to colorado, this would be a regular in my fridge!
