Pours pinkish-gold. Decent fluffy head, but poor retention.
Pretty good aromas. Lemon, yeast, raspberry, and a touch of ester.
The flavor, however, falls extremely flat. Faint berry. Faint citrus. Dusty (?) pale malts. Weird, really.
Fairly crisp and carbonated. But less than medium light. Sort of like a low-carb brew.
My least favorite by these folks.

Tried this because raspberry...Waste of money. Very sour beer, didn't care for the smell.

Look - a beautiful, unique, reddish orange color. Good amount of foam, that lingers.
Smell - fragrant with spice, honey, and other typical hef nose, but perhaps not as much as one would expect for this style. Helps give it a more restrained and subtle character.
Feel - on the lighter side, as it should be.
Taste - a nice little punch for raspberry gives way to your typical hefe palate. A very light finish. Very drinkable beer.

Pours a hazy amber color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of wheat, pale malt, grass, and slight raspberries. Fits the style of a Fruit and Field Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of wheat, pale malt, slight citrus hops, grass, and slight raspberries. Overall, weak appearance, simple, subtle, too light bodied, but decent.

Raspberry Hef pours a nice grapefruit juice color with a large, creamy head of 4 fingers that does not recede easily. 4.5
On point aromas with plenty of crushed raspberries and raspberry seed, lots of zing from yeast and lactobacillus, some lemon-lime soda thrown in as well. 4.25
Flavor does not translate at all; it's a very empty and bland tasting beer with distant shouts of coriander, raspberry powder, and seltzer water. There's a touch of sour element to it as well which is the only nice thing going for it. 2.75
Feel is okay but not astounding; rather empty feeling like a hollow hole is gapping the middle with a wet start and a carbonated finish. 3.25
Overall, I think if this were treated with some more lactobacillus it would make an excellent sour beer...but it's not even close to a Hefeweizen. Leave the German beers to the Germans, Brickway. 3.25
