Pours a light pale straw color with a white wispy head. Aroma is lightly sour, hay like with a Belgian yeast element. In the taste, some tart notes, lemony with some cider like sips. Some wheat and dry aspirin. Faint earthy bitters. Light, crisp body. Overall, a good beer for sure, nice little sour saison.
