Pours a nice clear copper with a one finger white head. Nose is full of pine, grapefruit, and candied citrus. Taste follows the nose with candied grapefruit and flesh with a pine background, and a touch of pale malt. Body is light to medium with medium carbonation. Slightly too thin for the style for me. Ends dry with grapefruit flesh. Overall it’s a solid local IPA.

Pours golden clear with white foamy cap. Floral notes with hints of pineapple and citrus. Nice classic iPA.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a golden-orange color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heavy of a heaviest of a bready malt smell with tons of citrus mixed within. Along with these aromas comes a good showing of an herbal and pine hop smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a smooth malty taste with a little bit of breadiness. Right upfront there is some citrus hop and a little bit of a tropical fruit sweetness. As the taste moves forward flavors of herb and pine come to the tongue. The pine and herb actually out pace the citrus more toward the end, and with a loss of some of the fruitiness and an increase in the malt, one is left with a smooth and slightly citrus and dank taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the thicker side with a carbonation level that was rather low. For the mix of malt, light sweet, and dank hop the feel was quite nice and made for a good media for the taste to be appreciated.
Overall- This is a rather tasty brew with a great drinkability and nicely hopped, but not over hopped, profile. Well done!!

It's been a long time since I had something really different. This golden stout has an almost overwhelming coffee smell to start, but is smooth and has a mellow vanilla aftertaste. Oatmeal in between.
