Pours a beautiful sunset orange with a thick cream colored head. Aromas and flavors are fantastic: grapefruit, pineapple, citrus, tropical berries, some floral bouquets, and a nice backbone of cracker to balance it all out. Medium bodied, lively carbonation cleanses the palate, not too bitter but still crisp and dry and refreshing. An exceptional pale ale, my favorite of the progress-pale series from Institution so far.
