Fresh growler poured within 30 minutes of filling at an awesome house concert in Camarillo. Thanks Michelle and Ben.
Golden to copper hued. White foamy head rises and falls to a thin layer.
Smells is lite, biscuity malt. Hops come through as more of a drying out of the sweetness. Just the faintest whisper of grassy notes.
Flavor is very consistent with the nose. Definitely an approachable APA for those who are scared off by prominent hop notes. This one is smooth. The hops provide mostly an earthy drying out component.
Mouthfeel is full for style. Carbonated well.
