Definitely a solid apricot beer with slight belgian characteristics...clove and black pepper. A little bit more carbonationwould suit this beer very well.

Poured into my Rogue Spiegelglau Glass from a Growler obtained at the brewery.
Appearance - Pours a golden orangeish yellow with a small tight white wispy active head. Just a beautiful first impression
Smell - A light fruity smell with a Belgian yeasty undertone, very inviting.
Taste - a very crisp beer with gentle fruit taste and a Belgian yeasty back. No hint of alcohol whatsoever is apparent a very drinkable beer with a very pleasant taste profile. A hint of tartness is apparent as well as a balanced hoppiness. All seems very well balanced and makes for very enjoyable complex beer
Mouthfeel - crisp mouth feel with a slight tartness and a mild carbonation makes for a very pleasant and reminiscent of a good Saison.
Overall - this beer truly surprised me on how much I enjoyed it. Very often apricots are too sweet and when used in beer, overpower. None of that happened here, this is a very pleasant mild Belgian blonde with a very nice tart apricot in the back which gives you a pleasant nose and a very drinkable and very complex beer.
