The beer taste just as it smells. Bready and wheat malts and fruity yeast. Fruity esters and a hinting of slightly spicy rye. medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. This beer is well carbonated. Overall this a nice saison that showcases the fruity yeast. I like my saisons with a mild tartness, but this beer remains interesting during the entire drink to keep my attention.
