Bottle picked up at the brewery late june! Pour is slightly hazy yellow with a white head that lingers. Smell is lots of citrus fruits, some oak, light vanilla, and subtle funk! Taste is citrusy, flowery, pepper, light funk and hay. Feel is light, effervescent, a slight bitterness. Overall i think it would be better with fruit.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a one finger head that has great retention.
Aromas of lemon, hay, biscuits, light oak, white grape, unripe berry, slight funk.
Tastes of tart lemons, green apple, biscuit, oak, white wine, notes of hayfield, pie spice, white grape, and flower. Light sweetness after the sour, then a dry slightly bitter finish.
Medium bodied, soft and smooth carbonation, dry.
With beers like this Foundation is rapidly approaching Allagash quality sours. This is easily on the level of Coolship, striking a lot of great notes and perfect tartness, a little less funky.
