Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave wisps.
S - Aromas of slightly grassy hops, little bit of minerality. Flashes of cereal grain.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice slightly bitter grassy hops. Good light sweetness, decent soft malts and grains. Light crackers almost some minerality. Nice lager notes.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a solid enough lager. Nice grassy hop notes and pleasant subtle sweetness. Really enjoyable.

Draft at the brewery
Big creamy foamy head with good retention, soapy lacing, crystal clear golden blond color
Nose lots of doughy golden lager grain, little cereal grist, sweet malt light herbal hop
Taste light sweet doughy malt, grainy pilsner malt with touch of dms corn, sweet doughy gristy, soft juicy lager, light minerality, herbal floral fruity hops medium to lighter bitterness, drier finish medium slight sulfate accentuated crisp bitterness
Mouth is med bod, a soft lager feel, medium to a bit higher carb
Overall solid golden lager, very Helles like with the pilsner malt, dms notes, accentuated crisp hop finish, go flavors even, but enjoyable
