Canned 1/24/20
Pours a med fizzy head that disappears quickly, no retention or lacing, very clear pale light color
Nose is quite light, a little straw malt and pilsner like corn malt, quite fruity with some apple and pear, quite light all around, hint of hops maybe
Taste brings veyr light malt and lack of body, again the rice affects it to like there's not much there, an AMerican light lager, light corn pilsner, a touch of grassy hop especially late, touch of bitterness, more fruity esters from the yeast I think, green apple maybe acetaldehyde, dry finish with a touch of unhappy lager notes, the unhappy almost skunk character, maybe sulfur, maybe cooked vegetables, unhappy yeast/rushed lager
Mouth is very light bod, lower carb
Overall while this was an American light lager by most Macro styles, that does not mean it was a good beer, we don't really need rice to make it light although that was just there to lighten of course, hops were too light and meh, worse of all the fruitiness was way too much for a beer like that, not a clean lager... so if they were going for a shitty American Light Lager, congrats, if you trying to make a good beer, sorry but No!
