A kettle soured ale brewed with lactose and fermented with peaches and apricots. A stone fruit jammy delight!

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a very small, white head of foam. Minimal lacing. It smelled of sweet apricot and peaches. It tasted tart and sour with apricot and peach providing a punch of sweetness. Some caramel to balance things out.

Murky bright yellow, no head. Apricot, peach, wheat and tart acid in the nose. Taste matches, with such vibrant juiciness from the fruit before the playfully tart and acidic finish. Stays bright, light, and sessionable through the whole sip. Perfect summer beer on a hot day and probably the best peach/apricot fruit beer I have had

A- 16oz can poured into an 8oz tasting glass with a pale yellow body. A one finger head rises up with a foamy texture and poor retention. Tiniest ring leaves rare spotty lacing.
S- Massive bloom of peaches and apricots just bring on the full saturation of stone fruits in the aroma. Lactic acid tartness is strong as well as some hints of whole wheat bread. Fresh peach and apricot plus big sourness, a good combo.
T- Apricots first and then the peaches but in general the flavor is based around the flavor of stone fruit juice and flesh. Bold, fresh and authentic fruits are paired with whole wheat, strong lactic acid, slight bready and a touch of sweet notes. With some time and warming the peach flavor is just bliss.
MF- Light-medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Puffy and creamy texture and a moderately sour finish.
The Foundation Jam series has to be one of my favorite beer lines of recent memory. They just get so much authentic and fresh fruit flavor into a very but still tolerably sour brew.
