Pours a hazy orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is perppery and earthy with notes of rye, grapefruit and some pine.
Taste is fruity and a bit sweet. Notes of rye, white pepper, grass and pine, complemented by a moderate, earthy bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, soft and smooth, well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice rye IPA, with great mouthfeel.

Poured a slightly cloudy yellow that captured the light well. The smell was rye and hop forward with some lemon, grapefruit, pepper and pineapple. Taste has the rye take the hops traditional front role, fruits stay the same, and hops on the finish with a touch of smoke. Add in a little banana and melon in the middle as well. Body was thin and dry, which only help the rye linger longer. Solid twist on a well trod style

Appearance - Pours pretty hazy deep orange with a huge soapy white head with excellent retention. lots of sticky lacing around the glass.
Aroma - Big rye bread aroma, peppery, lots of lemon, citrus peel and grapefruit. Just a touch of sweet melon to add some depth but rye is the start of this one.
Taste - Heavy rye presence, light spice, light but super ripe melon, malt and floral hops.
Feel - Medium bodied well carbonated pretty smooth and easy drinking.
Overall - i am a big rye fan so this one was great for me. Very powerful rye in the nose and flavor really easy drinking fr a 7.5%.

Appearance: This beer comes in with a hazy, golden amber color. Off white head settles to a half finger and leaves some scant lacing along the glass. It’s quite attractive. Not too far down the murky side of the spectrum. No visible carbonation.
Aroma: The rye is certainly present with notes of rye bread, unsweetened iced tea, white pepper, herbal, earthy, bay leaf. From the hops I’m getting pineapple, peach, lemon and orange. The aroma is enhanced as the beer warms.
Taste: A spicy, bready, grainy, malt flavor profile. It’s a bit nutty and it’s quite dry. The hops are subtle, but I definitely get some earthy and sweet orange citrus and pineapple notes as the beer opens up.
Mouthfeel: Super smooth and creamy. Really great feel.
Overall: I find this beer subtle in all aspects, with the exception of the rye presence, and I absolutely love it. More so than with other IPA’s I’m finding this beer really opens up nicely as it warms. Out of the several Transient beers I’ve had so far this is one is my favorite.

Pours a murky, hazy golden color. The head is white, 1 finger, with decent retention. Minimal lacing on the glass.
The nose hit me when pouring into the glass. I get a nice hop aroma. Up close I get the same. A juicy hop aroma. Smells a lot like pineapple to me.
Taste - Very juicy with the hops. I do get a pineapple flavor. It really tastes like a carbonated pineapple juice to me.
The body is a bit lighter. Not watery, but not thick. Some carbonation lingers in my palate.
Very tasty, juicy IPA. Delicious.
