An American-style Pale Ale. It has a pleasant, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, but very low on hop bitterness. A real crowd pleaser.

stopped in the brewery on my way home from a day at the vineyards with the family and took a quick 1 ounce sample of all 4 offerings on tap before getting growler fills of each. growler filled a little over an hour ago. enjoyed from my BT batch 001 willie becher.
a - brew pours a rich yet transparent copper orange with a really nice frothy and foamy head that left some nice streaky laces on the glass and never seemed to fully dissolve all of the way.
s - nose is pretty nice with a decent hopping on the resinous side of the spectrum. fairly wet and dankly fresh, could pass for an ipa.
t - much like the nose a nice resinous hopping. bittery finish.
m - really nice body. this was actually what impressed me most about the lineup in general. they were all smooth and had a fairly full body without being chewy or too intense. nice bitter finish. feels like it should be much bigger than 4.5.
o - overall a really nice full pale ale that could pass for an ipa. definitely super fresh and you can tell since it is fairly juicy and has a nice hopping. i love that it is only 4.5%. kind of puts a lot of those sessionable ipas to shame with such big bold flavor and manageable abv. very pleased with this beer and look forward to trying the other brews i picked up today at the brewery. cheers to the new guys and good luck!
