A massive two finger airy and foamy white head with excellent retention. The beer has tatted lacing on the glass. The color of the beer is SRM 2 a pale straw color. The clarity of the beer is hazy.
A soft nose of fruity esters, lemons, lightly toasted malts, and floral. Additional aroma is cloves, crackers, yeast, lightly toasted malts, and orange.
This saison has tame flavors compare to others I have tried. The fruitiness on the pallets leads to floral, cloves, pepper, grain, grassy, lemon, and oranges.
The mouthfeel of the beer is clean and crisp. The body of the beer is light, a medium-plus carbonation, and a medium finish.
I felt the beer was quite tame compared to other firey saisons that I have tried. I do not care for this beer.

1/2 of a 16 oz can from Media PA.
Cloudy pale amber body with a towering foamy white head.
Floral aroma with more than a hint of funk.
The flavor is stronger, more bitter and even more funky/yeasty than the aroma suggests.
