Keytar Solo (like it's namesake) is a glorious hybrid. In this Farmhouse Pilsner center stage is taken by Saaz hops which harmonize with our farmhouse yeast strain and Pilsner malt. This combo provides a bold spicey flavor with citrus and floral notes dancing around in the background along with a firm yet pleasant bitterness.
