Gold. Medium white head soon shrinks to thin foamy top. Aroma lots of grain and grassy, herbal hop. Full bodied aroma. Taste similar grain, lots of fresh baked white bread, and lots of zesty grassy and herbal hop character. Bitterness and sweetness present and firm but both light and balanced. Feel is lively. The finish starts out very bready but at the very end a zesty hop character takes over and the grassy-herbal hop lingers nicely. Outstanding. Retains an overall "American lager" quality with lots of complexity and character. It is an incredibly outstanding example of how this style can be.
