A dry saison in the farmhouse tradition. Spicy, earthy, and bitter, Hayloft is a great companion for hot afternoons on the porch and spicy foods.

Rather strong flavor with a big Belgian taste. Winey and just a little funky, but mostly it's the dry and yeasty taste.
Zippy and tangy. Browned biscuit taste. Less fruit than many Saisons. Interesting quaff with a dark side. Faintly sourish, yeasty finish. On tap at 57 Degrees in San Diego.
