Someone is trying to create a new trend and make a beer for a "hip" restaurant, or else the restaurant is trying to stay hip by asking a well-known brewery to do a beer for them. Either way they really missed the mark by not only going to an out of region brewery, but one so far out of state. This is a plain and simple beer to go with food and not interfere with any of its flavors. Nothing remarkable, not sure I even liked it. They should have kept it local, with so many great options to choose from.
