A: The beer is relatively clear reddish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour oak and dark fruits and present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is rather sour and has notes of wood from the barrel aging along with notes of dark fruits such as cherries and raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and sour and has pleasant oaky and fruity flavors.
