Drinking this at The Innovation Brewery located in beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears golden yellow with nice lacing and a foamy head that lasted.
Smells slightly funky, floral and lightly bready.
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Saison that I would definitely order again.
