Awesome white wine nose from the Nelson. Juicy, spicy and highly drinkable. Nelson and saison are a match made in heaven.

I am a sucker for Nelson hops and you get a full dose in the smell and taste. I am digging the yeast strain they have been using in their Saison/Farmhouse ales. I would gladly drink this on a regular basis.

Beer looks great. Nice haze on faintly gold-touched yellow with a pure white head that really lasts and leaves some serious lacing.
Nose is strong floral tones with faint hints of citrus and fruit in the mix. As I take a whiff, and yet another, it says to me, "Winter. Go f@%k yourself. And take this -7 degree weather and ice and snow with you."
Flavor seems quite delicate. Extremely strong floral themes. Strong and clearly defined. As happened with the nose, a touch of citrus on the back end. Comes across as extremely delicate, yet seems unwavering and firm. Love the hop influence on this one. A very interesting beer. (I can see people loving or hating this one.)

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
