Pours hazy and straw gold, decent fingers worth of medium packed head which lasted a few minutes. Starts with floral notes, some lemon, grassiness, and a bit of funky yeast aroma. Really like the ABV on this beer, it's light enough to polish off a 750ml swingtop but big enough to let you know you're not drinking a light beer. Hops are present throughout the drinking experience, as well as some brettanomyces character. Really enjoyed how earthy and dry this finished. Would love another bottle of this, in fact I wish the Brew Gentlemen packaged this in corked bottles for aging. Pretty please?

Very light Brett aromatics, hops, lightly toasted grain. Goes down without thinking. Love these beers.

Pours a light golden color with a slight haze. White soapy head forms and has good staying power, lacing the glass somewhat. Looks good for the style.
The aroma is hoppy, with herbal notes coupled with some rustic Belgian yeast character, akin to baked dark breads and dirty straw.
In the flavor, light pear notes coupled with some earthy bitterness and dry grain. A pleasing and easy drinking beer. Tastes pretty damn fresh, with yeast, hops and malts being in a pretty solid balance. Brett character is mild but on the edges, lending a slight floral quality perhaps, and in time I believe more musty elements would be coming from this.
Crisp, light bodied and dry. Finishes like a nice lower strength Belgian ale, which is saying something because it goes down all so smooth for 7.8%: There have been beers at similar strengths that I though tasted like rubbing alcohol almost.
Overall, this is a nice brew and drinks easily. If it came in a can it would be one of my first choices for a camping or golf course beer as it is real refreshing and does well even at cellar or room temperatures.

Floral and bready nose. Perfume a bit as well. Very smooth flavor profile, especially after it warms. Dough and bready thing going on with mild spices. I like it.

Real nice hoppy saison that is easy to drink. Just enough brett without being too funky.
