Made with our favorite classic Saison yeast strain. Reminds us of pinot grigio, spicy/earthy Belgian yeast flavor, and what it felt like to truly fall in love with beer for the first time.

Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is light straw, super clear with a lot of effervescence, head is bright white and presents at least two fingers thick and lingers well with a thick solid top.
Smell is dry, clean, light, mostly pilsner malt some crackers and biscuit, light pepper, esters, and grassy hop notes.
Taste is similarly dry and clean - the pinot grigio noted in the description is warranted; pilsner malt flavor with crackers and biscuit, light grape nuts, grassy hops, light esters, some esters, lemon, and grassy hops.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, dry bitter finish with lingering malt sweetness.
Overall a dry, bright, brisk saison with moderate mouthfeel and crisp carbonation.

A fingers worth of audibly fizzy crisp bone white colored froth quickly fades away... The color is a pale straw golden yellow... Loaded with briskly paced carbonation... Very subtle nose of hay and lemon zest... Pleasant but rather understated... The palate mirrors the nose but everything is dialed up a notch or two... Also some unripened peach notes... Feel is on the lighter side of medium bodied... Lots of brisk fizzy carbonation... Decent beer, but was a bit let down based on expectations...
