Draft last night at Sunset Grille, Allston, MA.
A- Slightly hazy golden body. One finger foamy white head. Decent retention. Rare spotty pint glass lacing.
S- Mild but pleasant. Border between spicy and fruity classic Saison yeast. Clean ferment. Pale cereal grain.
T- Slightly sweetness but more towards dry overall. Lemon zest, pear, Belgian spicy yeast, cereal, grainy bread and pink pepper.
MF- Very light body with just enough frothy and foamy texture to keep it from thin. High end carbonation and a lightly herbal bitter ending.
Light, flavorful and refreshing fruity and spicy Saison. Well fermented without any awkward leftover sweetness or off flavors.

Serving: On tap at the brewpub, in a sampler snifter
Served: 14 May 2016
Appearance: Pours a copper color crowned with a soapy white head. Notes of gold around the edge, but the beer is definitely on the red side of the color scale.
Smell: Soft, normal saison notes- some faint coriander spice, banana esters, and wet hay.
Taste: Very similar to the nose, with influences from both the spice and the subtle banana esters. Picking up some white pepper notes, but very subtle.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium to medium high carbonation. Very drinkable.
Overall: A good saison and one I would gladly have again.
