Hazy, straw color. Lasting head that recedes slowly. Wide streaks and many spots for lace.
There’s a smoky smell initially. I then pickup a strong earthiness that makes this beer seem like camping.
Highly carbonated makes the neutral body seem thinner than it truly is. The earth tones remain although the perceived smokiness is now absent. The hop is enough to make everything interesting. The finish has a touch of sourness. The aftertaste dies off quickly. Overall, this is a complex and fascinating beer.
