This beer misleads with a lot of alcohol and malt sweetness for an Irish Dry Stout - export stout might be a better category. It looks the part - pitch black under a lacy medium tan cap. You smell some grain and chocolate. The beer is very creamy, lightly sweet, with chocolate, dark cake and mild alcohol. Its is big, full of flavor and drinkable.
