L: Pours brilliant medium amber under a 2” white to cream colored foam stand with gold highlights that takes 5 minutes to reduce to a thick film. Rapid rise of bubbles in the glass. . Foam stand becomes more white as it descends.
S: Pungent earth aromas mellowed by rich malts and herbal, earthy tropical fruit. Earthy aromas predominate. Light toasted bread aromas become more prominent as the beer warms. Barely detectable alcohol aroma.
T: Tropical fruit and pear leading to a lingering herbal finish. The beer has a nice balance with a lightly toasted caramel malt sweetness that mellows the hop bitterness. The esters are light with a fairly clean fermentation character. Alcohol flavors are mild. Hop bitterness is moderately aggressive but not harsh.
F: Very creamy, medium body with fine soft carbonation. There is a slight hop driven astringency in the aftertaste that gives the beer a drying quality.
O: A very nicely done double IPA that is worth a repeat.

First bottle offering frim LTD, have had a number of beers on tap and a few growlers.
The aroma of the is beer is unbelievable, smells like a juicy trooical hop explosion, there is a delectable sweetness in the aroma as well.
Taste: the is a glorious example of and ipa!! My wife does not fully appreciate/like hoppy beers yet but she can agree when a beer is outstanding in flavor and example, this is a perfect 10 in flavors she says, i have to agree with her, the hops are all in, complete forefront of the beer yet its not bitter or harsh or biting at all, just succulent tropical, dank and delishous. If half the double ipas out there were as balanced and hoppy as this, everyone would be a hop-head. Also there is a subtle sweet booziness there but again very minimal considering the abv, drinks more like 6.5.
Feel: silky smooth, very little tingly bubbleyness or carbonation which i will always love. This is a must try!
