A: Hazy, good foam
S: Bready malt, touch of hops, pleasantly restrained esters
T: Breadiness like a great Bohemian Pilsner, subdued but persistent bitterness, a touch spicy, fermentation character is fairly subdued. I could drink this all day.
F: Silky, dry, touch of nice minerality
O: Falls outside what Orpheus normally brews, but so elegantly executed

(this is intended to be a grisette)
A: Pours up a hazy, pale straw yellow, smooth and quickly receding white head, there are some very subtle yeasty notes, but they barely register.
S: Wheat is immediate, some minerality comes out.
T: Slightly sweet, the floral qualities of the wheat manifest first, along with some slight grainy notes, there is a very slight tartness here as well.
M: Silky, mildly dry
O: This is an okay beer, but it lacks personality, I detect no trace bitterness, no hop profile and no adjuncts (I don't think there are any), all in all this tastes like a low ABV belgian wit without the coriander or orange peel.
