12oz can with a best before date of JAN26, opened 10-4-25.
2 finger white head with very good retention. Golden body with good clarity. Good lacing.
Smells like blueberries, honey, and a light hit of lager sulfur.
MIld blueberry flavor and very subtle overall. A more pronounced or tart/ripe fruit flavor would bump this one up.
Light body with a somewhat soft, wheaty, and creamy mouthfeel, medium length and off-dry finish.
Refreshing and easy to drink.
Good.

Reviewing this beer from memory. My thirty third brew reviewed from these guys. Like most beers from Boston Beer Company, also known as Sam Adams, this is just ok.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Strong and pleasant blueberry aroma with malty notes. Blueberries and malt in taste, with some tartness. Tart aftertaste with light bitterness.

Look - poured into a stemmed tulip glass. light golden in color iwth an ever so slight blue/purple tint. lightly cloud. has a large frothy head that dissipiates somewhat, with moderate lacing retention.
Smell - wheat and citrus with a fairly strong blueberry scent accompanied by some sweetness - the scent is actually spot on.
Taste - mostly wheat with a tad bit of citrus. blueberry flavor is detectable, but much fainter than suggested in the smell. finish is some lingering wheat but mostly clean.
Feel - light bodied, high carbonation, and average at ABV for the style at 5.5%.
Overall - despite the spot on scent, this tastes like a typical Samuel Adams summer ale with just a hint of blueberries. not bad, but nothing remarkable either.

About as average as you can get here...
I love blueberries and was hoping for more here but.....pretty lacking...
Not a bad lager but just doesn't deliver with the fruit flavor in the name..m
I will drink these 3 and call it done...

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy, gold with a frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly. Smells exactly like a blueberry pancake/muffin, with undertones of orange/citrus. Taste is lightly sweet with a hint of bitterness. Flavors of hops and citrus. The blueberry only comes through in the finish, and even then, just barely. Body is medium with a creamy texture. This is an okay, blueberry beer, but I’ve had much better.

This said "lager," hence I poured into a lager glass, seems only logical and fair for a good review here.
The appearance was a semi-rustic sort of pulled glossy rugged hazy orange color with a slim film of foamy white head which didn't leave much lace.
The aroma had only the "sweetness" of the blueberry but not the "tart" skin I tend to look for when analyzing truly brewed "blueberry beers." Some bready malts quaintly followed in in a lager sort of way.
The flavor was sweet all of the way through with the blueberry and bready notes. Aftertaste was the same.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. Finish was pretty smooth, some acceptable stickiness.
Overall, I didn't mind this one so much for me, but it does make me wonder if they used artificial blueberry sweetener in this which well, hmmmmmm....isn't as authentic on the blueberries as I would have hoped for. Not so sure about this one again.

3-way blueberry beer taste test. 1-Sam Adams Blueberry Hill Lager. 2-Fegleys Blueberry Belch, 3-DuClaw Blueberry Citrus Wheat.
So this was the best of a dubious group.
