We fermented 420 lbs of Sweet Cherries from the Oregon Fruit company in the fermenter as well as a couple of gallons of wild cherry flavoring in the final product. The result is a tasty blonde ale with subtle wild cherry notes in the aroma as well as a well-balanced yet subdued cherry flavor. Highly drinkable with a crisp finish and still very much tastes like beer rather than cherry juice.

On-tap in Boise, served in a tumbler; fairly murky coppery-red with a small right of off-white head lacing. Notes of pale beer mixed with cherries, maraschino and pie cherries, hints of almonds, faint lager skunk reminds you its a beer. Definitely has some pleasant creamy tones, actually reminds me a bit of Founders Rubaeus.
