Canned on 10/5, consumed on 11/5 - poured from a 12oz can into my Harriet pokal.
Crystal clear pale straw liquid with two fingers of ghost white up top - replenished by a steady stream of micro-bubbles rushing to the surface. Rocky soapy lacing; very good retention.
Clean malty aroma with just a hint of grassy hops - crackery and inviting.
Moderately sweet palate entry, faint grain and unripe pear maybe but otherwise not much else going on (as you would expect for the style). Medium-dry finish, quite crisp rather than sticky.
Refreshing, fairly high carbonation, ABV on the high-end of the style, but still barely perceptible.
I can see why this won a gold medal at GABF when rated to style - although it is hard to be impressed by such an intentionally bland beer.

What a Lager!
Pours straw with a white head - dissipates quickly as most light lagers do.
Aroma is of corn and grains.
Taste is similar, but you should let it sit in your mouth for a moment to capture the great taste of grape nuts!
Feel is highly carbonated with a crisp, refreshing edge.
Overall, I would have to say this is my favorite lager - light and refreshing, but with enough flavor to keep it interesting and wanting to sip more. Pretty much a perfect example of the style, that has brought a new light to lagers for me.
