The can hints at tropical fruit and hits the 7%+ I seek in alcohol content BUT it starts off like a watery unnamed fruit, turns to grapefruit pith, and finishes in malty chalkiness (they call it dankest)...ugh...and I love Alvarado but this can should be orphaned.

Big citrus, pine, bitterness and resin hits and coats your mouth. Medium bodied and very balanced. A nice breadiness that lingers a touch too long for me, but still an extremely solid showing. Must try.
