On nitro tap at Alvarado Street Brewery & Grill
A: Pours gorgeous cascading dark brown, near black, with a creamy light brown head that settles to a thick head and laces very well.
S: Roasted bready malt, coffee, chocolate, some butterscotch, and a little caramel.
T: Toasty toasty malt, sweet chocolate, light coffee, and a little caramel malt sweetness.
M: Light to medium body, creamy smooth from the nitro.
O: A little goofy in the smell, but solid taste and feel.

Served on nitro at the brewpub, this was a solid, easy to appreciate and enjoy milk stout. Mouthfeel is soft and creamy, albeit a bit thin. While not one of the standouts of the evening, this was still a pleasant, easy to enjoy stout.
