Reinterpreted recipe. Pours clear with an average-lasting white head that quickly dissipates, and doesn't leave any lacing on the glass. Lots of the typical Belgian yeast notes on the nose. The taste is really cool but, seems like it there is wheat in it. Like a lot of wheat. Is this normal? Also, quite a bit of spice on the back end. Tastes really good. Light body, medium carbonation. Very pleasant, but also very expensive at $4.50 for a 12 Oz in the same state that it's brewed in.
