A kettle sour ale with a pronounced lactic acid character that contributes a sharp, but refreshing sour character. A touch of table salt provides a hint of savory balance for this low alcohol, sessionable beer style.

On-tap at Alvarado Street Brewery, Monterey, CA
A: The beer is clear very light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a patch of white bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness and lactic acid are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and starts off with some sour flavors of lemons and quickly transitions to some yogurt-like flavors from the lactobacillus.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little creamy on the palate with faint bits of tartness.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has some refreshing properties. I could easily drink this all day long.
